How Zoom Works

Setting Zoom Up

• You need a computer, tablet, or phone. A camera and microphone are not required; only a speaker to hear your trainer.

• You can test Zoom on your device ahead of time: https://zoom.us/test

• You will receive a Zoom link for your class after you have scheduled your session.

When Joining Your Class

• Enter your full name (if asked) 

• Select "with video" if you would like the trainer to see you (we encourage this)

• Select your audio connection: either via Internet or Dial In

• Please Mute yourself to minimize disruption to class (you can always Unmute to ask a question)
